My software won't activate

Please make sure you are definitely connected to the internet and have entered your license key exactly as it appears on your receipt email or registration card including the dashes with no spaces at the start or end.

If you still cannot activate it then ensure you have full Admin Rights for your computer.

  • In Windows this is set via Control Panel.
  • On a Mac, this is set via System Preferences

A firewall and/or anti-virus software may also be a problem, so if you have these enabled then please disable them before attempting activation and enable them again afterward.

Your anti-virus software may also let you create an "exception rule" for Script Studio from within its settings allowing Script Studio access to your operating system and a connection to the internet.
