Yes, follow the steps below to deactivate your software without a direct internet connection:
- Select Deactivate from the Help Menu
- Enter your License Key exactly as it appears in your receipt email
- Click Manual Deactivation
- Copy the Deactivation ID or click Save to save it and your license key to a file
- Go to https://support.scriptstudio.com/deactivate on another computer which has internet access
- Enter your License Key and Deactivation ID in the form and click Deactivate
- If your License Key and Deactivation ID have been entered correctly your activation will be released for use on another computer
Please Note: If you do not complete the Deactivation process online your allocated activation allowance will not be updated.
