Refunds & Returns

Customers are entitled to a full refund on all of our software products (less shipping costs and a 10% administration fee for unrecoverable e-commerce charges) within thirty days of purchase providing all activated software has been deactivated and verified and returned software includes ALL undamaged documentation and accompanying materials. Reference Plugins and eBooks are non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise

Customers are entitled to a replacement of defective software providing they notify us within 5 working days of receiving their software and that the defective software and ALL documentation and accompanying materials has been returned.
