Can Script Studio format Dual Column Dialogue?

Yes.  You can create dual column dialogue (to suggest two characters talking at the same time) by hovering the mouse arrow between two consecutive paragraphs of dialogue and clicking the mouse when the cursor changes from an arrow icon to a dual column icon.

To toggle dual dialogue back to two separate paragraphs of dialogue simply hover the mouse between the two columns and click the mouse when the cursor changes from an arrow icon to a splitter icon.

You can also create a new dual column block using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl/Cmd + D, or by selecting Dual Dialogue from the Format menu or from the Layout toolbar.

WYSIWYG Dual Dialogue

Script Studio offers a fully editable "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" Dual Dialogue writing experience.  This means that you can click within each column and edit the dialogue and tab to the next column and tab back again.
